The homepage features a full browser image that sets the tone for Adrian's body of work.
Users have a choice of how they with to browse Adrian's images ... either with this photo matrix view that allows Adrian to organize his images based on color.
A User can click any of the images to get a larger view of the image, thus allowing them to enjoy the framing and composition of the work.
Or A User can browse images at full browser width. This option is by far the most impactful. I took full advantage of both faster internet speeds and the seeming acceptance of Users to view images that aren't at 100% quality (due to the popularity of streaming video content on the web). The User still has the option to click the image to see the full composition.
The video section reverts to the thumbnail matrix display. Video speaks for itself so I created areas for the title and description but placed the emphasis on the Video. We are using Vimeo as our Video hosting service to cut down the amount of bandwidth Adrian uses as well as to take advantage of Vimeo Plus' ability to embed HD Video.
